Mr. Stelma has over 20 years of real estate experience in fund management, cash management, financial and tax reporting, development, and asset management in multiple asset classes. Over his career, Mr. Stelma has worked on Funds with more than $3 billion of AUM.

Prior to joining Auerbach Funds, Mr. Stelma was a Director at Elevation Real Estate Group of Charlotte, NC, CAO for Gemini Real Estate Advisors of New York, NY, Senior Fund Controller for Monday Properties of New York, NY, and Senior Fund Controller for Tishman Speyer Properties of New York, NY.

Mr. Stelma holds an MBA from the University of Scranton and a BS in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
