The Vue at Harwell is a 130 unit, 128,600 SF multifamily asset which was purchased highly distressed in terms of its physical structure and maintenance as well as the owner's financial situation. The asset had been neglected for years and was considered by many to have been owned by a "slum lord". Auerbach and its local partner cleaned up the criminal element in the asset, and went ahead with a large rehabilitation plan which included removing 8 unsafe units, replacing them with common areas.
