Located at 1400 Foothill Village Drive, Foothill Village is a private pay community specializing in senior assisted living. The community also allows for an independent living option in addition to a dedicated memory care program. The asset was purchased directly from a lender who had failed to adequately manage and maintain the asset. The partnership has planned to revitalize, refresh and modernize common areas that will provide residents and their families with a comfortable and modern living environment as well as afford team members a suitable work environment. The renovation includes adding additional dining outlets to accommodate a “grab and go” concept, a lounge that overlooks the Sierra Nevada Mountains and added outdoor amenities for residents to take advantage of the favorable climate, and to replace and upgrade existing amenities, which will include a rehabilitated multi-purpose room, updated fitness center, dining room, and a TV room. In addition, the facility will be outfitted with new indoor and patio furniture. The partnership also plans to update the exterior of the asset which will include improved landscaping.
