Focus Office Suites is a 35,000 newly built suburban office suite complex located in Huntersville, NC. The project is slated to open in mid November 2020, and will house an array of 1-8 person office and 3 large suites. It is our belief that the office suite model with flexible short term leases has become an established option for small business. Further, while larger office suite companies took out long term leases and did not focus on the suburban marketplace, we have developed a concept to cater to a heavily underserved geography.
